When I share a form with a client and customize the message that they receive in their email, have that message be saved to the client's contact log so I have a record of what I sent them.

Indicate preferred contact method in prospective clients list
When adding a client to the prospective clients list, allow me to indicate how the client prefers to be contacted (i.e., home phone, cell, email) so that when I'm looking at the list I can quickly see how I should reach out to them.

When viewing a client's chart, allow me to view the assigned staff on the left sidebar so that I don't have to navigate away from the chart to view that information.

It would be helpful to be able to look at your client list and identify clients as "weekly," every other week," pending discharge," etc. I know I often need to see how many are weekly vs. bi-weekly when considering schedule changes to my caseload ...

Display client's name on warning when deleting clients
When deleting a client it would be great if the popup warning would include the client's name (similar to when you archive a client) so you can be sure that you are deleting the correct person.
