When I share a form with a client and customize the message that they receive in their email, have that message be saved to the client's contact log so I have a record of what I sent them.
when I send documents to clients to sign, from intake paperwork and later on in treatment (although it all says intake paperwork which I have submitted another request that it be called something different once they are already a client), it would be good to have those communications added to the contact log. I adjust the message with instructions on what i want the client to do regarding certain documents and it would be helpful to have that logged in as a communication.
