Make calendar & agenda filter separate for showing non-client events
Make the setting "show non-client events" function separately on the Calendar and Agenda. I may want to view non-client events on the Calendar, but not on the Agenda.
Separate calendar preference for showing client initials in calendar and alerts
Under Calendar Preferences, separate the preference for "Show only client initials in Calendar and staff email alerts" so that I can display the client's full name on the calendar, but only show their initials in email alerts.
Allow me to choose which staff members can view another staff member's calendar. For example, a supervisor may need to view only their supervisees' calendars but not anyone else's.
Automatically assign appointments to staff assigned to client
When I make an appointment, automatically assign the therapist that's assigned to the client instead of assigning the staff member that is creating the appointment.
Add billing alerts or notifications to calendar view
ability to see which appts have been billed & which have been paid by insurance & those w/ open balances & all pd w/ abbreviations from the calendar view
