Automatically assign appointments to staff assigned to client
When I make an appointment, automatically assign the therapist that's assigned to the client instead of assigning the staff member that is creating the appointment.
When making a new appointment, the Staff Member should default to the assigned staff member for that client, not necessarily the person making the appointment. I'm the office manager and make all of the appointments for the clinicians in the office and it always defaults to me.
Yes Please! Our Office Manager often has a line waiting to schedule appointments and the way scheduling works now, it is easy for someone to get scheduled with the wrong therapist!
I cannot describe just how helpful this would be for our staff. Several of our clients see more than one therapist. We assign their staff members on their page, but only one of them auto-populates when creating an invoice. If the assigned staff member auto-populated with the staff member who was scheduled to see the client, our lives would be significantly better!
Restrict the calendar so a client can't be booked with staff member that are not assigned to the client.
If a reception/admin is booking appointments and accidentally clicks on someone elses schedule, they are prompted this staff member is not assigned and can not be booked with the client.
I work for different therapists and every time I schedule an appointment I have to use the drop down menu to pick the therapist. However, it seems that the therapists name should automatically populate based on the client being assigned to a certain therapist.
I would like to see this feature based on client settings. For example, if I have assigned a staff member and set a default service type for Client A, then every time I create an appointment for Client A, that information should automatically populate.
