Permissions for appointment changes

Allow me to assign permissions to certain staff to make schedule changes. We don't want certain staff members the ability to edit or delete appointments.

    We have a scheduling manager, and she runs the schedule for the 7 therapists on staff. We would like an option to make it so that the therapists cannot edit/delete their calendar invites. Google has the "view only" option for the calendar, which allows only the administrative team with the permissions can add/remove/change appointments.

    Please add a permissions feature to the appointment status. Anyone with access to our Theranest platform can modify an appoi8ntme status which prevents us from billing no show/late cancellation appointments.

    I would like to see it changed to where events are not editable by users other than Admin and the user that created said event - i.e. SoonerCare clients, or therapists wanting to reserve a room for any reason other than seeing a client that has been added to TheraNest. I recently noticed that all events that are added to the calendar can be edited/deleted by absolutely anyone, not just the user/therapist that created said event, and/or admin users. This has posed a minor problem with some of my therapists accidentally dragging an event while scrolling on their phones, thus editing the time of said event without realizing it. This feature, or lack there-of, could be troublesome if a therapist decided to edit someone else's session so that they could then reserve the room at the time they wanted - luckily this hasn't happened, but that doesn't mean it won't.

    yes!!!! this is a major problem in our organization ... and I cannot tell without going through organization activity what has been removed and nothing tells me why - someone can remove appointments (anyone can) even on other clinician's schedules... not right

    I think it would be a good option to be able to lock the appointments of other providers on the calendar. Too many times I have accidentally grabbed an appointment for someone else and moved it 5 minutes up or down. I should not be able to change someone else's appointments.

    Our practice wants to make it so only certain people can change appointments on the calendar. Is there a way currently to remove a permission?

    I would like to be able to take away permissions for deleting an appointment, for certain therapists. (Therapist can still cancel/reschedule, just not delete).

    I have several therapist that work for me and it would be AMAZING if the administrator of the account has the ability to lock a schedule so that the therapist can not alter the schedule at all. This would make scheduling more efficient because then therapist can not alter their schedule and most call office to make changes. Also this would greatly improve billing because the therapist will not be able to change their hours and we would bill the wrong amount, then payroll will be off. I believe it MUST be a feature. Clinic source and other platforms have this feature already. Thank you

    Allow Admin to set whether specific staff can create or delete appointments.

    They are some RBTs "therapist" that only have access as an RBT, but they can modified their schedules as many times as they want, this is creating a conflict between management and billing since they can't change anything without authorization, is there any way we can add a feature to block RBTs from making schedule changes and/or adding anything in Theranest?

    We would love it, if you could give the therapist an option for her to allow the receptionist access to the unconfirmed appointments. It is very frustrating for us to have to wait till the therapist has a break in her day or at the end of her day to reply to these requests when I could have handled it hours earlier.
