After creating a multi-staff appointment or event, a block gets created on every member's calendar. If I want to delete the event, I have to delete each one individually, but I may want to edit, or delete the event for all group members.
Within TheraNest, when you create a Multi-Staff session (for a therapist and their supervisor or a co-therapist - as an example) and you need to change the date/time based on the family's request, or you realized you made a mistake with the service type or the room assigned, I would like to see ALL the sessions sync with those changes (even deletions and trying again). Right now, it's inconsistent if it will or will not and I've ran into confusion/frustration from staff and billing department when there are multiple entries for a multi-staff session.
Yes I would like for when deleting a member from group to delete them and that automatically take them out of future appointments. What happens now is they get deleted from the group but if the archiving has happened already, they remain in there-have to get unarchived and its confusing. IT would seem easy to just not have a therapist archive them until they're out of group-but with so many groups running weekly and therapist for individual not always being therapist for group, this gets confusing!
Right now scheduling a Group Meeting is not hard, but editing or deleting it is a nightmare. It would be awesome if there was an Administrative Calendaring function in which it was possible for an Admin to edit and delete a group meeting without having to go into EACH person's calendar to do so. And for the Admin to be able to determine IF they want a notice sent to everyone involved or not, instead of an automatic email being sent.
