Add individual progress note to group case

If I see a client as part of a group, but also see them individually, allow me to add their individual progress note to their group case. I don't need to create a separate case and want to keep all of their documentation together.

Automatically assign staff from client when new case is created

When I create a case for a client (either a group case or individual case), have the staff automatically pull from the assigned staff in the client profile so I don't have to add them individually again or remember who I need to add.

Add setting to use Organization's Legal Name for printed legal documents

Add a new Organization Setting that would allow Organizations to have their Legal Name be printed on legal documents (Superbill, Notes, etc.) instead of the Organization Name.
