Create an initial assessment report similar to the Progress Notes signature report that will provide a snapshot of what assessments have/have not been signed.
When you have a clinic with multiple clinicians it is really hard to keep track. Being able to run a report to assure that all initial assessments are signed would be extremely helpful. Thank you!
It would be really helpful is the report gave multiple options including, if there is a diagnosis, if the presenting problem is noted, but most importantly if it is signed. Ideally, something closer to the Progress Note Signature report. Additionally, if the date range could be changed to be the calendar date selector similar to the signature report as well.
Have a report similar to missing notes that shows what clients are missing a diagnosis and assessment, or that there is an assessment but it isn't signed. As the manager I need to be able to quickly see what we are behind on, without either being assigned to all clients or looking individually through all of them.
It would be amazing if there was a report that could be ran or notifications to let us know/make sure our intakes have been signed or not yet just like you provide for the case notes. As of right now we have to go back through ourselves into each client's account to ensure they have been signed by providers. Thanks
