Add telephone number to demographics form

please add a box for client's mobile number on the demographic page of the portal. right now the client would need to update their profile - and most don't even know or see that option.

Add link to client portal in email sent when appointment request is declined

within the declined appointment email to clients, put a button there that sends them right back to the portal login so they can try again. Make that easier. (I work with ADHD clients, we got to make it as easy and as few steps as possible)

Remove pronouns from "reply" button on client portal when provider is unassigned

When a provider is unassigned from a client and the client attempts to reply, a message appears that refers to the provider as "he". Please remove the pronoun because it can be confusing for our clients if they are seeing a female provider.
