If I send an intake form to a client through the portal, allow them to fill it out more than once. For example, we have some clients that need to complete multiple "releases".

Make it easier for clients to compose portal messages from phone
Our clients are saying it's difficult to compose portal messages when using their mobile device. Make it easier for them to compose messages so we don't receive incomprehensible messages.

Allow archived clients to access portal for contacts
If a client is also a contact of another client when the client is archived still allow them access to the client portal for the client they are a contact for.
Most of my clients are independent with activities of daily living. Rather than having to click through 13 drop down menus, it would be nice to have a box to check to mark them all as independent.
