Currently, box 32 of the claim form pulls from the appointment location, but it only pulls in the address and still lists the organization name rather than the location name. List the location name in addition to the address.
Or hve a setting that therapists can allow this or not. We don't allow them in my practice because it doesn't give us time to prepare and get the initial information we need to set an appointment
A text box on the Billing and Insurance page would be useful. There are times when I want to make a note related to that page but there is no space to enter it.
When I'm viewing the calendar in month view, if I'm able to see any dates for the previous or next month then show those appointments. Right now those appointments only appear if I navigate to that month.
