Remove pronouns from "reply" button on client portal when provider is unassigned

When a provider is unassigned from a client and the client attempts to reply, a message appears that refers to the provider as "he". Please remove the pronoun because it can be confusing for our clients if they are seeing a female provider.

Create an option where you can lock rooms
