Specify who receives notifications for portal payments
When a client makes a payment on the portal, the staff member assigned to the invoice will receive a notification. Allow me to specify who receives this notification because we only need certain people to be notified.
Can you change the "Billing and Insurance" icon on the client portal? If I'm trying to give clients step by step feedback on how to update that info, I'd literally have to say "Click on the dollar sign".
Current behavior is that you need to have 2+ clients assign to a group before removing any clients. Looking to have the ability to remove any amount of a clients from a group.

Future consideration
Don't immediately send new appointment/changed appointment emails
When I create a new appointment for a client or edit an existing appointment, don't send them an email right away. Sometimes I may make a mistake and I want to be able to correct it before they get the email.
We have a large practice and our providers each have different rates. Allow me to set up service types for each provider rather than having one large list of organization-wide service types.
Alert me or notify me if a client has an outstanding balance that has exceeded a certain number of days. For example, if a client hasn't paid in 30 days we need to follow up.
Automatically assign supervisor to each progress note
If the staff preference permissions requires a supervisor must review and co-sign all notes, then automatically assign the clinical supervisor to each note as well for that clinician.
