Provider pay rates per client

If our providers refer someone that ends up becoming their client, that provider gets an extra 5% for that client's sessions. There currently isn't a way for a provider to have multiple pay rates, or tie those rates to a client.

I've been interested in using your payroll feature as part of my expanding group practice. However, the default is set as a percentage and I'll be paying staff at varying set rates. If you could change the ability for practice owners to change the set rates for different therapists (license candidates, fully licensed people, PhD's, etc.) the tool would become very practical to use. A bonus would be a way to add in 2 different types of pay: clinical rates vs. non-clinical rates so I could easily keep track of what's owed to therapists. Thank you.

The attached image is a payroll report, with various providers and clients. It was uploaded to show there is no field that helps the above situation. Side note: I would love to be able to customize the payroll report screen.

If our providers refer someone that ends up becoming their client, that provider gets an extra 5% for that client's sessions. There currently isn't a way for a provider to have multiple percentages, only 1 percentage as of a certain date. When running payroll, we need an easy way to have the percentage show correctly, so we can keep our payroll within Theranest and our bank accounts (and QuickBooks) on the same page. Example: Provider should not always have a 70% split. Some clients from the month should show 75% and the payroll should reflect appropriately.

I would like to be able to assign different payout percentages for different clients that my staff have. Some of there clients they get a 25/75 slit and some get 35/65 split
