Implement an hourly or flat rate for staff payroll
Instead of percentage, is it possible to set up a set pay rate for the staff. For example, I pay my therapist $30-40 hrly regardless of the insurance so each client they see is the same pay rate.
Can we have the option of selecting percentage OR flat rate for payroll? We offer independent contractors a flat rate per session depending on licensure, specialties, and other credentials.
Hello; My growing private practice is majority in-network with most insurance companies here in WA. To my understanding, where I practice, WA state, if in-network with an insurance company that allows for 'incident to billing' (Billing under a fully licensed contract rate via Rendering Provider, not appointment staff which is usually a Supervisee or Independant contractor or both) - it is not permitted to pay the appointment staff in a percentage format - I have no clue why this is, but we have to payout per service. For Example: We have to pay $50, not a percentage rate of 50% of reimbursement rate. I have tried to troubleshoot around this with TheraNest, but there doesnt seem a way to track payouts wo it being based on a percentage. Currently, I have to export the CSV, then manually track - and I would settle for even being able to go back into payroll payout to record this, but due to the % only feature, this is not doable. I suggest that, a dollar amount be added as an option, so Payout = a % OR a $ amount. I only have one Associate working under my contract, so this is manageable right now, however as I expand, a way to track this more accurately would be greatly appreciated! I also only payout once payment for the claim (whether private. pay or insurance payout)

You have had no problem adding in features that none of us need.
This is a feature group practices need and you have been ignoring this request for YEARS.

This would be great if it were broken down for each CPT code for example $48 per fully paid 90834 invoice and $60 per 90837. This does beg the question of what to do with unpaid copays...
We pay our therapists in all different ways; some are a percentage of payments recieved, others are a flat rate per session and still others are salaried. It would be great to be able to include this information in the reporting.
It would be helpful to be able to put in therapist pay out as a dollar amount as well (some therapists are paid a flat rate per session- not a percentage. This would be very helpful with payroll
We need the flat rate feature, too. The percentage "feature" is currently of no use to us.

I run a group practice and pay my therapists a flat fee for services rendered based on the CPT code. However, the only option for payment rates is a percentage. Is it possible to create an option for a flat fee amount for a CPT code
I would like a tiered rate feature bc I pay my clinicians one rate for the first 1-20 clients per week, a higher rate for the next 21 - 30 and then a higher rate for clients # 31+
Hello. I pay most of my therapists hourly (a set rate per CPT code), as independent contractors, not on a fee split. Has Theranest considered putting in a feature that allows us to track those hours, instead of having to use an outside method? That would be so, so helpful.
I would truly appreciate this change as well. There is no way I could use the payroll function as it is this way but would really like to have my payroll incorporated into TN. I too would need a flat rate!! Please prioritize this! :--). Thank you!
