The option on the payroll report to pay therapists by the unit, not the percentage of billing. As a payroll report: set payroll amounts for different codes (i.e. 90791 pays more than 90837).
OR
I would like a report that allows me filter units of service delivered by provider, billing code, and date range. Also, it would auto tabulate the totals for each billing code.
Please add an option to pay clinicians a flat fee for each CPT code, for example $45 per billable paid 90834 and $60 per 90837...ect. Also is there an option to track an hourly rate for non-clinical staff using the calendar? really a more robust payroll management would be very helpful but if we can start with the flat fee for each CPT code that would be very helpful!
We pay our therapists a different rate for different session codes. For example, we might pay Dan 50% of individual sessions, but then pay him 30% for group sessions. There is currently no way in TheraNest to set separate reimbursement rates for this and to be able to track these differences. A solution would be great!
Thanks,
Dave Shields, Kenosis Center.
Allow multiple payout percentages per therapist.
Running a practice that has individual and groups, our staff are paid at two different rates. This is the case for many DBT practices and leaves us tracking manually. PLEASE ADD!
If I want John Doe to make $40 an hour for assessments and 40% on therapy or anything else I might assign for him to do, I'd like to be able to bill as such for the two different tasks. Being able to bill for three seperate tasks at least would be nice.
We run 10-12 groups per week and 95% of those groups have 2 therapists in them. This means the payout feature allowing one percentage rate only doesn't help us. We have to manually write out who attended group and how they paid on paper in order to supplement the payout report. It's not only time consuming, but it's a waste of a lot of paper.
This has been on my list for awhile and I imagine other DBT practices at least would be in the same boat.
Different percentages for different tasks per user would also be helpful - for example one therapist does a specific type of work that she developed, and I pay her a higher percentage for that.
I need to be able to pay one therapist two different rates based on whether or not I give her a client or if she brings one in. So on any given payroll, she may have one client where she gets 70% and another 60%
