Payroll Report by Assigned Staff

Is it possible to have the Payroll Report have an option to show by Assigned Staff? A lot of the insurance companies are rejecting claims for non-licensed therapists when we are putting the supervisor under the Referrer on the claim. We have had to go back, correct claims and resubmit with the supervisor as the Rendering Provider. In talking with TheraNest support, it sounded that your Payroll Report would not work well in this situation. For this reason, is it possible to get this additional option?

In a therapists career path, just like anyone else, we all start somewhere. Therapists start as non-licensed, which they can submit claims to some insurance companies under their current supervisor. These claims are denied unless their supervisor is the Rendering Provider. When it comes to paying therapists with the Payroll Report (currently only identifying the Rendering Provider), it makes paying out non-licensed therapists a tediously manual and time consuming process. With this being said, I would like to bring this back to your attention as this is not only critical for our company but all other companies using TheraNest (your customers) that have non-licensed providers billing under their supervisor. I would like to request again that the 'Appointment Staff' (not assigned staff) be added to your current Payroll report. Thank you!

Our company has used TheraNest for 13 months now and we continue to pay an employee to manually run payroll due to the fact that your Payroll Report is calculated by the Rendering Provider. Could you PLEASE reconsider this request of adding the Appointment Staff (not assigned staff) to your Payroll Report? This would not only help us but many of your other customers that bill claims under their supervisor if they have non-licensed providers.

Allow claims to be submitted to insurance under supervisors NPI but show in payroll under clinician who did the session.
