Limit scheduling to assigned therapist

When a client requests an appointment on the client portal or when another staff member is scheduling an appointment within TheraNest, only allow the appointment to be scheduled with staff members that are assigned to the client.

prevent phone calls from interrupting video session

It would be most helpful if phone calls did not disturb the audio or video on telehealth sessions. Using the do not disturb call feature is not a solution as many people only have one phone and phone access is needed in case of an emergency.

Set default rendering provider for self-pay clients

Allow me to set a default rendering provider for self-pay clients so that the rendering provider can appear on invoices. Right now I can only set a default rendering provider for clients that use insurance.
