Have the test client from my TheraNest trial remain active in my account so if I need to see how something works or see what something looks like on the portal I can use the test client.

Yeah, this should just be a thing, not something we have to play around with.
Have a test client that all staff have access to without it counting towards the total number of active clients to use for training and testing. Also, don't show the test client in the total number of active clients.
