We're continuing to make accessibility improvements throughout TheraNest! When using a screen reader and adding or editing an appointment, the repeat event options will not be read if that option is disabled. Stay up to date with all the changes in TheraNest by checking out our changelog.

We need a simple way to view Theranest so that people who are blind or visually impaired can view work as therapists in this setting.

There should be a way to make our client portal disability accessible. We have a patient that is blind and needs to interact with the portal through auditory cues.

Behavioral Health Solutions has a blind Clinician who uses a screen reader/narrator program to navigate your website. There are several buttons that are not labeled and read "clickable button". This is something on the programming side that would be very useful to accommodate our non-sighted therapist in navigating your system easier. Multiple times she has to click on buttons and guess what they open and I have to get on zoom to help describe to her what she opened. The telehealth link on the camera icon is a great example of button that is not labeled and she is not sure which one she is opening.
