Statement for Family Group

It would be incredibly helpful to be able to send a statement for a family group. For example: We have a families whose members are all in individual counseling at our office. Rather than sending an individual statement for each child and parent, it would be helpful to be able to send a statement/superbill for all of the family's sessions together as juggling so many different accounts gets confusing.

    I see couples. Theranest assigns the invoice to one partner. I'd like to be able to easily choose to which partner the invoice is assigned, and to easily change it to default to the other partner, if need be.

    For dyadic and couples appointments you have to create separate invoices for each client. It would be great to be able to put both spouses on the same invoice for the appointment, or the child client on the parents' invoice in dyads; so you don't have to create an invoice under a child or spouse that is not paying. It wastes time and creates too many ghost invoices. An idea towards an insurance roadblock with this, would be a feature that allows you to choose the responsible billing party (parent or spouse) and select to file the claim under their name and info only so you do not submit a claim with the non-paying spouse or child's info, but if an invoice is requested you could still send over a copy with all appropriate parties accounted for.

    In order to bill couples/families- there is only one CPT code that's allowed for insurance purposes. So in theory the primary insured is the only person that should be billed for the session. However in theranest, it creates an invoice for each family member's profile that is LINKED to the primary insured. For notes purposes, we need each family member to have their own profile but we obviously can't bill for the same session per person. From a billing standpoint it is a nightmare, because now there's balances for members that don't need an invoice annotated. Can there be an option or button to deselect a "create new invoice" option when doing batch invoicing? To avoid having to manually go into each profile and delete the invoice? It would save billing staff a TON of time.
