Edit email headings and subject line when sharing forms

When sharing forms with a client, the email they receive has a bold heading that reads "Hello [Preferred Name]" and static subject, but they cannot be edited. Allow me to edit them because I'm not sure if I've inserted a preferred name for all of my clients and it would be easier to edit here than go to the client's details.

      Allow us to edit the subject line of the emails that are sent when forms are sent to clients. At this time, they all reference "intake forms," but at times we are sending forms that are not intake-related, so we would like to have the ability to change this to something like "new forms" or just "forms" when sending them out.
