My specialty is working with individuals suffering from debilitating PTSD symptoms and I regularly utilize the PCL-5 (a 20-item self-report measure that assesses the 20 DSM-5 symptoms of PTSD). The PCL-5 has a variety of purposes, including: Monitoring symptom change during and after treatment. Screening individuals for PTSD prooves quite helpful throughout treatment (pre-mid & post treatment). PLEASE consider adding this tool ~
Can you please consider adding the PCL-5 form for trauma, as well as the Beck Depression Inventory form and the Beck Anxiety Inventory form to your list of prepared forms for clients to complete. It would really be helpful if you can add more tools to measure trauma, depression and anxiety.
Thank you,
Jeanette De Marshimun, LCSW
Thanks for adding many of the key assessment tools for depression and anxiety. I think it would be worth adding the PCL-5 which is standardized measurement for PTSD.
