Create and send dynamic forms to clients that aren't intake

I would like to complete a good faith estimate and be able to send it to a client through theranest. I have created a dynamic form that is easy to fill out, but from there I have to download the form, save it to my hardrive, send it to the client as an attachment, delete the file from my hardrive. This is a huge pain and it opens the door to big errors (sending the wrong form to the wrong client). Please find a way to send dynamic forms (and superbills/statements) directly to the clients through theranest messaging system. Thanks!

We need a) an easy way to send client forms b) that are not called "Intake Forms". We need to be able to easily send follow-up forms such as session feedback forms, symptom updates, outcome data - like PHQ-9, GAD-7, session satisfaction forms, etc.

Making a way for dynamic forms to be sent directly to the client through the client portal messaging without having to make it into an intake form. My team creates dynamic forms that are assessments and worksheets for clients to do as homework or as part of their session. Not all team members are able to add these to intake forms. They are also not forms that would be needed for all 200+ clients. So to keep us from having 100 different intake forms, it would be nice to be able to make a dynamic form that can then be sent directly to clients using the message feature. Then we have documentation, and we do not have to fill it out ourselves with the client, and we save a couple trees by not having to print off all these forms.
