Since all client texts come through to phone with their initials only it would be a huge time saver to be able to search the client list by client's initials to quickly determine who is the sender of the text message.
Hi! With the new layout, it is incredibly difficult to figure out what client has responded to us via text, as searching initials doesn't seem to work as well anymore. Is there a way that we could get Theranest notifications on the actual website whenever a client has text? Maybe a notification icon next to their name on the calendar?
In the past when we would receive a text message with their initials to let us know a client had messaged, it was easy to type the initials in the search box and narrow down who messaged. Now, that is much more difficult to do. The search box brings up every single client with those letters in their name. For example, if I typed, "A B", a client with A-first name B-last name would pop up. Now typing "A B" brings up all clients with that letter combo in their name. We have a large practice with at least 350 active clients. It can be hard to hunt down names when people message. A notification on the schedule next to their name would be much easier.
The front office staff already have to work off their personal phones in order to receive client notifications. Theranest should show them so that we aren't using our phones all day for work.
Yes, Please! While we like the new search options and customization available in the Client search, losing the ability to search by a few characters has been problematic. Please bring back this option.
