When viewing a client's contact log, allow me to sort or filter the entries so it's easier to find specific entries I'm looking for.

The contact log has been updated to allow for filtering and sorting so you can find entries more easily.

It would be helpful if the contact log used a header to sort through. When I'm copying and pasting an email, all the contact info is in the first part of the wording so the preview that is available isn't useful.
