Allow me to send my clients a survey to capture their feedback about their treatment at a certain frequency (e.g., I may want to send these surveys after every session, when their case is closed, etc.).
Option within theranest to have patient surveys sent out immediately after the appointment. If patient responds 5, they are routed to the business Google review page for public feedback. If patient responds 1-2, route to client feedback form or have a workflow for the clinic to contact patient about their experience.
Theranest could become very clinically usefult by allowing us to send client satisfaction and client symptom checklists or other outcome data measures after session via text link as other patient management systems allow.
We want to be able to send automated emails to each client after each appointment that ask for their opinion on our business and recommend leaving a review for us.
Once a client is archived, I think there should be a way a satisfaction survey is automatically sent to the client. We should not have to do this manually.
It would be a nice feature to add automated treatment progress (TPI = Treatment Progress Indicator) surveys, similar to what Tridiuum offers. Kaiser uses the Tridiuum system to automatically send surveys to the client prior to the appointment. This data is stored on their network and the therapist can view treatment progress and trends.
I was just about to suggest this feature. In addition to your point, surveys help to provide date driven decisions...this is also a help when it comes to reporting that data to grantors, insurance companies, other organizations, and etc. As a therapist I like to use as less platforms as possible...I also want my client to have a one stop shop to pay, provide feedback, etc.
