Send forms to multiple clients

It would be helpful to have a bulk option when sharing new intake forms with existing clients rather than having to do it one by one

This would be very helpful and much more time efficient.

We created a survey for our clients to fill out regarding services they received within our program. We have to send that our one at a time to each client. Thinking if there is a way to send forms similar like to more than one client at a time.

Improve the ability to send out general forms using a client selection feature rather than having to go into each client's profile to send forms, e.g. from the client menu, select full caseload to send ORS, GAD-7, and PHQ-9 forms.

We are currently in need of this to gather new insurance from clients at the beginning of the new year. Our practice is so large that we can't send individual forms to each client, nor can we allow clients to enter insurance themselves because they will delete the current insurance (that still has pending claims).

Need ability to send an existing or newly created form or intake form to all / multiple clients. Visiting each clients profile to send a form is a bad user experience

Allow therapists to send an updated form to all clients through the client portal at once, rather than having to do it individually for each client. For example, check the informed consent document and send to all clients.

I'd like to send PHQ-9 and GAD-7 to multiple clients at once without going into each individual chart.

Not exactly sure why this is NOT possible. Sending new forms to clients one by one is a disaster and is frankly NOT a solution at all.
