Allow staff without billing permissions to see client Insurance details

If we could have some way therapists can see who the insurance payer is without having any billing permissions, that would be amazing! Our reasoning behind it is some insurance payers allow for two sessions a week versus one and it would help our therapists know how many sessions can be scheduled in one week.

    Allow therapists to be able to see billing info of their clients only including past due balances, insurance provider and completed payments. They do not need to see other therapists' clients or have access to other billing features.

    Every Staff member can see the Insurance of patients. Not every staff member has the permission to see the insurance of their client, making it hard for them to select the correct service type for them. The only way they can see it is if they have billing permissions which most of them are just clinicians and prescribers no need for the entire billing permission. Theranest should implement where every staff member Biller permission or not can see their patient's insurance provider eliminating service type error down the road when submitting claims for thousands of people.

    Because of Medicaid's audit and billing requirements, providers need to track which of their clients are on Medicaid plan. But providers with no billing access can not see plan names, therefore they are relying on front office staff or billing staff to let them know which clients are on Medicaid plans. That puts the practice at risk, because providers suppose to update their Medicaid treatment plans every 90 days. Without a good system, providers are missing that deadlines. We are flagging clients as Medicaid and that helps, but if there's way to add to client view filter by primary insurance type + insurance name or type to specify Medicaid clients would be very helpful

    ARG!! The therapists need to be able to see the insurance type in their permissions...especially with Telehealth and all of the different modifers and codes that are needed. There are other reasons too but this is by far the most important.

    The therapist Permissions does not allow a therapist to view what insurance their clients have. They have to come to the front office to find out. Our therapist should be able to view what insurance their clients have. Seems like an odd thing that they wouldn't be able to at least view what insurance the client is covered under. This would help therapist know what billing codes they need to use (regence currently recognizes a different billing code than the other insurance companies and we cant charge no-show fees to State insurance clients)
