appointment made date

It would be helpful to be able to see when an appointment was scheduled and by whom (client request, or which staff member). This would make it easier to retrace steps when a mistake has been made, or when changes/updates to the schedule need to be made. "Appointment created: 9/9/19 at 2:57pm by X"
