Yes! I do my billing as well. I notice I can see all the details I need (including diagnosis code) if I generate a statement EXCEPT that this is specific to each client. If I run a report at the end of the week and it shows ALL clients, then I do not have the option to "customize grid" to include diagnosis codes used. Unfortunately, not having this feature is substandard and I can understand why others have considered other EHRs.
Have a report that specifically shows the client information, a CPT code, and a diagnostic code for those of us using outside billing companies so that we have an easy report to pull every week to print off and give to them. I know something similar exists in the billing report but if we are not using the theranest billing we cannot access it.
I do not use a detailed attendance report, but I do need the Diagnosis code on the claim submission report as I have to insurance who require that input every time a claim is submitted.
allow Diagnosis codes to be part of the information pulled in to the detailed attendance report so that we can export to excel so that we can see how many of a particular diagnosis we are treating.
When making a detailed attendance report, allow for selecting ICD10 Codes to be added to the report. We use this data to see what types of clients we have seen over the month.
