More options for recurring appointments

Allow me to select from more options when creating recurring appointments. For example, I may want to schedule an appointment on the first three Mondays of the month.

      Having to set a once a month appointment as "every 4 weeks" does not work for months that have 5 weeks.

      I would love to seem some functionality for scheduling recurring appointments that are irregular. Such as first three Mondays of the month only.
