Bring back "no end date" option when creating recurring appointments.

The option to have no end date for recurring appointments was recently removed. This was a very helpful feature and I would really like to have it back. Just because some users did not like the feature, does not mean the option should be removed for everyone. They have the choice to click the other options. This option was very helpful for setting up clients on a regular schedule.

YES PLEASE! I have a lot of moving pieces to my schedule and have recently had the mortifying event of double booking clients because I did not catch that someone's recurring appt had ended

I really need this as well! It's so frustrating to have all of my calendar appointments end and have to go back in and restart them. It's hard to choose an "end date" when there is no end date in the plan.

Instead of an end date or number of appointments for repeating appointments, can you add a drop down option, something like "ongoing" so we don't have to choose? We often don't know how long someone will be in therapy. The outcome of only have these two options, is if we put say 12 or 26 appointments in, or an end date, suddenly the client is no longer in the calendar and it causes issues.

Add a report option under Appointments, that will allow user to filter for only recurring appointments. Because the "No end date" option for recurring appointments has been removed, I now have to set all recurring appointment that have no end date for the the last day of the year. This means at the end of the year I must go back and manually find every client for each therapist that is about to expire and reset them one by one for another year. I chose the end of the year because I must be consistent or I will never be able to keep track of all the different end dates of clients now. I would prefer the "no end date" option to be restored, but if that is not going to happen then we need some way to keep track of end dates.

It would be convenient if therapists didn't have to indicate the number of recurring sessions or select a date for a recurring appointments. This feature was previously available, but for some reason has been removed. Please bring it back.

Yes, please bring this back! It is much easier to select "no end date" and delete it when your done rather than worrying if you selected enough slots!

Please include option to repeat event until a change is made which would be endlessly. Currently the options is to for recurrence to be only once (default) or for next month. However, remember we often meet with clients for months or years on same day and same time. This way we don't have to change end date of recurrence to go beyond the first month.

can we add back the feature where the repeating event or appointment can be "endless" in a private practice setting where there isn't a limited amount of sessions this was helpful and now that it is gone it is not helpful to have it disappear after one reoccurrence.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE change the recurring appointments back to infinity. Client care is the upmost importance and sometimes we forget to put a number of sessions down and when the session number is up or the date is up, we miss that too and can double book clients.

This created huge problems for me as well. Please bring it back!

please please please put the repeat appointments back the way it was. My counselors are accidentally double booking clients because they forget to put the number of sessions or end date and they also have no idea how many sessions or end date.

This change was made suddenly with no warning and caused huge scheduling issues for many in my practice since most of our clients are recurring long term clients. We would like the feature to schedule recurring indefinitely back ASAP.

Please allow "no end date" again when setting repeat appointments. When we take on a new client we have no idea how many sessions they will be in for before they end therapy. Setting a default "end after 1 session" is creating double bookings because sessions we intend to repeat indefinitely are ending after 1 session. Or at least give the organization the ability to default to a certain number of sessions rather than Theranest deciding on 1 session.

A helpful feature has been eliminated. This has caused serious scheduling problems for me; I do long term therapy and it's helpful to have no-end dates.

Removed "No End Date" Option for Recurring Appointments This caused some SERIOUS scheduling problems for me. Not cool to suddenly change recurring appointments to non-recurring.
