Add ability to flag clients

Add ability to manually flag clients in our system and show flag throughout TheraNest.

      It looks like TheraNest recently added flags; however, they only appear on the Agenda. It would be helpful if we have an option to show and sort by flags on the Client List grid. (For example, if we have an afternoon cancellation, we can sort the client list for an afternoon-only appointment flag and offer a sooner spot to one of those clients.)

      It would be nice to be able to flag different clients with different colors for alerts, such as past due bills, medicaid pt's, no insurance, etc. but that we can set what the flags are colored for.

      In another program we used, a client bubble would pop up when hovering over that appointment. This was incredibly helpful to allow us to know if someone has restrictions, has co-pays, etc. This would make life significantly easier in the virtual world because we can't walk to the desk and ask the way we once could.

      It would help to have the addition of an alert pop-up box as an optional feature on the client detail page. The alert box would be beneficial for clients with critical information that is need to know for phone calls and visits. For example, a child client with one parent whom is not allowed contact or information to be released to. The alert box would remind the staff each time to ensure the critical information is not missed/overlooked.

      I NEED this asap! Flags for things like 1) Patient owes on account 2) High Risk Client 3) Chronic cancellations The flags could be customizable and follows on each page of the client's chart

      It would be very helpful if there was an option for client alerts. These alerts would pop up on the screen anytime the client's file was opened and then have to be dismissed by clicking X. Alerts would contain things such as 'bio mom not allowed to be in the building' 'Updated Credit card needed' 'Husband is not allowed to know appointment times' 'do not schedule with (provider's name)' or any important information that everyone who interacts with client needs to know

      flagging a client is a great way to notify practice of something that needs to be done prior to scheduling that client

      We need a way to add an Alert to a patient's account, that will show up on each screen for a given patient, that could be used for things like DO NOT BILL PATIENT, or PATIENT PAYS $25 COPAY AT EACH VISIT, etc. The provider emails me notes regarding her patients, but without being able to see that note when I am working with a patient, I tend to forget what or whom a concern existed.

      There should be a way that staff will know not to schedule an appointment with a client for whatever reason ex non payment, insurance lapse etc. This can be done in various way, maybe a way to flag a client.

      This idea is in almost every single section of the suggestions in one way or another. I think it's safe to say that being able to add an alert for therapists or admin staff is much needed and I am baffled as to why this is not happening yet.

      This is a great idea! A way our staff has worked about this is by creating custom service types (Balance Alert, Need Insurance Information, etc) and using them so it shows in the therapists calendar when they view it so they know. But I wish there was an entire function for this!

      It would be nice when a note is documented in a client's scheduled appointment there is a pop up or ICON that shows up on the calendar, indicating there is something that needs to be read for that appointment. It would be nice to have a box on each appointment that you can click to indicate client has been checked in.

      Hello I actually have a suggestion I wanted to send in. Could we possibly create a notification/alert box that can be setup for each client, indicating if say a client owes money or any important alerts prior to moving forward with a clients account/request. In other words, if we type a clients name, click on it, there be an alert box that pops up with important information?

      Hello, I would like to suggest the possibility of adding alerts that send us a notification about clients that have a balance due before their next session comes up... Or a notification we can set up for after a certain number of days past on a balance due from clients.

      Pop ups on client accounts. A pop up/alert option that can include very important information/note that we should not miss about a client. It's the first thing that "pops up" when accessing a client's account.

      We need a means to flag accounts that have gone to collections or clients that have not gone to collections but have an unpaid balance. We have made multiple attempts to reach out to them with no response. I want to flag accounts that payment needs to be remitted in full before services will resume. This would be so incredibly helpful as we are not given any feature to manage this.
