Integrate claim status and tracking into TheraNest
IT would be so nice if we could have claims status and tracking integrated into our EHR. I LOVE using TheraNest and this would be one more reason to love it! =)
Yes, this please. Or at least provide the claim number once it's available. Our old EHR gave us the claim number and we could at least look it up through Availity. To track claims status now I have to get the patient's policy & group information and look it up via date range - it's so much more time consuming. If at the very least we could get a claim number that would be a big timesaver!
Its hard to bill through theranest, but then go through lets say Office Ally to check the claims that were rejected because there was no where in theranest to add the adjustments needed when submitting to a secondary insurance. In addition, to include the reason code, etc. should be an option within theranest. And while Office ally can check eligibility, I am not able to do so within theranest itself. This should all be streamlined so we don't have to log into two different systems
