Specify what notifications I receive in TheraNest

I want to choose whether I get notifications about certain things in TheraNest and how those notifications are sent. For certain things, an in-app alert is enough, but for other things I might want to be alerted in several ways (like text, email and in-app).

      While almost all notifications can be enabled/disabled in profile preferences, notifications to supervisors and supervisees noting that the other has signed a note (or diagnosis or treatment plan) are not customizeable. Receiving both an alert and an email for each instance is overwhelming. Would love to see this customizeable.

      Give option for alerts versus email notifications when documents need sognature.

      It would be wonderful if we could parse out the email + in-software notification preferences. A couple that come to mind which might want to have separate settings, but currently they are lumped together as one setting: -emails/alerts for progress notes that are ready for supervisor signature -changes to a staff's schedule

      When a client makes a payment from the client portal- Currently the alerts are sent to the staff member on the invoice and all admins. The email is only sent to the staff member assigned to the invoice the payment was for. So the invoice staff member should receive both the alert and the email. It would be helpful to have these email and alerts notifications options configurable to select which staff and or admin receives

      Our practice needs a way to disable appt notifications ONLY for the Client Portal. We cannot disable email to clients because then we cannot email invoices, statements and charge card receipts.

      I just don't need notifications like this in my inbox. Instead of clogging emails, this could just go under Alerts.

    Disable signed progress note email notifications

    Disable email notifications for supervisees when supervisor signs progress note (currently receive an email for each progress note signed).
