An alert if a text reminder is responded anything other than confirmed or cancel. If a patient responds they are suicidal by chance, we never know unless we look up each patient. (This could happen, and could be a legal issue) We have had several patients respond explanations of why they are cancelling, so we never get it confirmed or cancelled. It would be very helpful
