Reopening with the same link when there is trouble

Upon opening the telehelath session, I need to be able to close it and open it using the same link if there is trouble connecting. I used it soon after it was launched and the client has poor connectivity. As a result, I attempted to re-start the session but I was locked out of the old link with an inability to relaunch. I could only create a brand new link and send it to them.
