Disable "copy from last session" button for clinical documents
As an admin I want to prevent my providers from copying a clinical note/document from the last session because they should be writing unique notes every time.
Please remove the feature or give the option to disable it. Staff should be writing unique notes per session and never copying and pasting. This is a disservice to the integrity of the case note.
In an effort to ensure complete progress notes for each appointment, it would be ideal for an organization to be able to disable the "copy last progress note" option.
Can you please remove this feature? We have had a couple of clinicians who are doing this for all notes for all of their clients and it is a creating notes that don’t actually reflect the session and have been flagged and fined in audits by insurance companies.
Provide the option to have duplicate note rather than have it there for everyone as people have abused this system and created duplicate notes for every session.
