There should be a way to disable the feature where clients can respond to text reminders with "2" to cancel their upcoming appointment. This makes it too easy for clients to cancel. Also, text reminders should simply be a reminder that an appointment is upcoming and not a last chance to cancel.
Please allow us to turn on or off the client's ability to cancel via text. This feature does not give us the ability to offer to reschedule or switch to a telehealth appointment. Also, clients have accidentally canceled via text and shown up for the appointment.
