Add more options to scheduling time increments (1 min, 10 min, 50 min, etc.)

I'm not able to schedule clients at the time I need. I usually have 50 minute sessions, but that option is not available in my Calendar Preferences.

    We're excited to let you know this suggestion has been implemented! Today we released an update to the "Time scale in minutes" field on the Calendar Preferences page, adding some new options that are available to select. You'll now be able to set appointments in increments of 1 minute, 10 minutes, 35 minutes, 40 minutes, 45 minutes, 50 minutes, 55 minutes and 90 minutes in addition to the options that were available prior to this release.     Most clinicians (I know) operate using 50 minute session times. This is still not an option (as a default setting). Would be very helpful!

    Please add the ability to schedule appointment times in 15 minute increments. I am unable to schedule my 45 minute times accurately. This could cause a discrepancy with billing. Thank you kindly.

    Appointments should automatically go for 45 minutes (not 60 minutes) as most sessions are 45 minutes.

    If the calendar have 15 minutes increments for appointments. For example 3, 3:15, 3:30, 3:45 etc.

    I think it would be infinitely easier to just allow therapists to input what custom fields they want for appointment times with the option to make them recurring. For example, every Wednesday offer a 10:00, 11:00, 12:30, 1:15, etc. appointment times. This information could be translated to a much easier client portal experience for our clients by eliminating the calendar and white/gray 30 minute or 1 hour time blocks. The client could very easily just see the calendar with the times available listed for them to simply click on the time (seen as numbers not colored blocks, 10:00, 1:00, etc) they would prefer.

    unIn Calendar, I need to be able to set my own default length of the session. I do 45 minute sessions, I have the intervals set for 5 minutes, and yet it continually defaults to one hour sessions. I'm constantly having to redo my entries because I'll make an edit to a session, unrelated to the session length, and when I save it, it defaults back to one hour in length.

    The calendar preferences should only be for patient portal, Providers should be able to schedule any way they choose.

    Custom times for appointments on the calendar please. Right now I can only enter appointments on the hour and on the half-hour. Let's say I have a client who's appointment ends at 6:30pm - if I can have my next client come in at 6:45pm, I will - but I currently can not enter that time in my calendar. I want to be able to put in whatever time I need to to reflect my actual appointment times. If I have a client scheduled to come in at 6:05 pm or 6:10pm I should be able to have that reflected in my calendar on Theranest.

    10, 15, 30, 45, 50, 60, and 90 minute sessions are common at my practice. It would be great if Theranest could show that.

    It is not easy to select 90 minute sessions an an appointment option. This should be an option just like any of the others.

    My default session length is 50 min but in notes and in the schedule is 60 min. Can you please add the option to customize your standard appointment length?

    Click on Name (top right) > Calendar Preferences > Edit "Time Scale In Minutes" field to allow for more flexibility when scheduling. It won't get you down to the minute, but it'll get you down to a 5 minute increment! I don't think there is a way to change the default length of appointments.

    Hello, 2 suggestions. 1 - The ability to make a recurring appointment from the mobile app. 2 - The ability to schedule appointments outside of 15 minute intervals. I have to schedule at times that are not suggested due to my childcare schedule and Theranest does not allow for this. For example, I am seeing a patient at 650am, but I can only schedule him for 645am. This is very confusing to explain to all of my patients on Tuesdays and Fridays as they will be receiving appt. reminders for the wrong time.

    Almost all my sessions last 45 minutes, but the default setting for an appointment time is 60 minutes. My productivity would increase if I could reset the default appointment length to 45 minutes, so that I don't have to manually reset each appointment to 45 minutes every time I create an appointment.

    I would like to see customization of session length. My standard session length is 50 minutes, not 60. So I have to change it each time I make a note. If it could be customized the session length would populate as 50 minutes.
