Add reason field for rescheduled appointments

Allow me to enter a reason if I reschedule an appointment.

    Thank you for your interest in adding this functionality to TheraNest! We have added the ability to collect additional data when rescheduling appointments, including a Reason field. This feature will be released to all customers in the coming months. Thank you for being TheraNest Customer!

    Also distinguishing if it is a provider reschedule or a client reschedule.

    Would love to see a reason or date session was rescheduled field just like when a session is canceled. Clicking into the actual session is a lot of extra work when I am managing calendars and billing for several therapists.

    We have 20+ therapists and asking them to cancel the appointment to add in a reason, hit save, then go back and mark it as rescheduled is a lot of extra work when this should be an easy solution!

    Can you please put a reason box (like you have for cancelations) next to rescheduling. It helps me to keep up with all 14 of my counselors on if it was the counselor that rescheduled or the client so we know if the clients are taking advantage of the time slot they have been given.

    I work with 5 individual counseling businesses and this would be a great feature to add a reason for the rescheduled appointments and then also have a report to view on the rescheduled appointments like we have for the cancelled appointments. Thank you.

    Another fix needed...on the appointment status, a short text box is provided for the "no show" status, which is really unnecessary. If a client doesn't show up, we don't know why. On the other hand, with the "rescheduled" status, there is no short text field provided. It is important to be able to provide the reason for a reschedule, and the client generally will tell us why they need to reschedule.
