This would allow me to use this feature to create a Good Faith Estimate form (as required by law) that the client could sign as well. Simple Practice had workable GFE forms to use almost a year ago ...
e-signature on client end should be made available if we need to send additional forms, after client has already accepted invitation and signed initial forms.
We have to use all custom notes, treatment plans, intakes, ect. to adhere to insurance standards. This format does not allow for the clinician to sign and date and lock the notes and we need to be able to do this on our custom templates. It also does not allow for the diagnostic code to be correlated for billing purposes to custom notes only your progress notes.
Just came from a conference and many are using IntakeQ for the feature of electronic signatures. While I know that Theranest includes an esignature in the intake paperwork (yes!), it would be nice to be able to insert an esignature for any forms made. An example would be for a Release of Information form. I'd love to be able to send clients a Release of Info through the portal that they could then esign and we could keep on file.
Thank you!
I would like to be able to send forms and updated forms (goals or Release of Information) to clients electronically through TheraNest for signatures. Not ONLY the initial intake documents
I agree with the comments below. There are certain forms that I need to create which require signatures. As of right now, I'm creating those through another word processing program and mailing/emailing the forms to clients. This makes having EMR very challenging searching to find the right form if I'm using multiple programs to create documents. I need to be able to send them what they need to sign through the client portal.
I have a custom form that requires in and out signatures with a time stamp for both parents. How can I get a signature button added or use a app to link the application.
I would love to be able to add a signature into a form. I regularly attend Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and am required to have signatures for each team member in attendance. With the current system I can only have my own signature and the clients. I would love to have a feature in which I could list the team members and add a signature beside their name.
Allow to send custom forms electronically to clients for signature.
Such as to obtain Credit Card form signature, PHI List of names with client signature authorization.
Claims form with area for client to sign and other free form custom forms.
Please allow a custom form to have client signature that they can do with their finger like on the intake paperwork and allow for multiple spots to place this signature on the intake form.
I want to use a Release of Information form electronically but cannot because there is no legitimate signature.
I would like to see the ability for each custom client portal form to have individual electronic signature lines vs multiple forms being signed at once. So one signature for the HIPAA Privacy Practices, one signature for Informed Consent.
I would also like to be able to post a grievance form in the client portal that doesn't require that the client sign it but instead can be accessed by the client if they want to file a grievance.
Add a signature element to the custom forms. I would like to create a credit card authorization form with client signature to put in the client portal, but unable to do so.
It would be nice to have more flexibility and options for adding signature boxes to forms because we have some specific requirements for who needs to cosign forms for medical assistance clients, etc. Some forms require different levels of signatures by different staff, so the feature of "notes must be co-signed" in staff permissions does not meet our needs. It would be helpful to have signature boxes as an option to include in the custom forms also.
Thanks!
Due to medicaid, I need all my notes to have certain information, such as the medicaid ID. Since the regular progress note doesn't include the ID, I have to make a custom form in order to include this specific info. The problem is, when I make a custom treatment plan (to be medicaid compliant), I don't have a place for the client to sign, and when I make custom progress notes (also due to medicaid's requirements), the treatment goals and diagnosis do not pull in. I have tried so hard to figure out a way to make Theranest work with medicaid because I do really like it, but it's such a pain! If we could have more control over these custom forms, what they will pull in, and allowing for a signature, it would be SO helpful!
