I use custom forms as my routine documentation template, I would like to be able to quickly see which custom forms remain unsigned.

      this would be great! I too use a lot of custom forms and require supervision signatures on my clinical forms and usually miss a lot of them because I have NO clue when my supervisees actually create a document and sign

      When using customized notes, there is no way to tell if it is signed unless you open it. Could a feature be added to indicate if a note is signed or not.
