Add client portal messages to contact log

When I get a message through the Client Portal secure messaging, allow me to add it to the contact log so I can keep a record of all communication in one place.

    If you have the Therapist permission, you can now copy a message sent or received from Client Messaging to the contact log of a client’s case. Check out our release notes for more information.

    It would be fantastic if there were a way to create a contact log note from a message thread with a client.

    User has an email linked to Theranest. User is able to forward emails from their work account, which they use to contact clients to their theranest address. User has ability to file emails received in theranest in client files--contact log. Ability to email from theranest directly within a client chart would also serve this purpose.

    For me, it would be helpful if there was a way to leave the dialogue in the secure messaging area until I wanted to have it uploaded into the contact log. Sometimes patients share valuable information that is pertinent to treatment via the secure messaging, and it would be great to be able to have those messages be able to be transitioned to the contact log with a simple click for example.

    Yes, this would be so helpful.. You cant even copy the text from the email to paste it into the chart... It should definitely be integrated into the chart

    YEs, this would be so helpful and save us time from not having to recreate the note for every time they contact this way.

    Please also add a forwarding function. Clients are only allowed to contact the office staff via the portal. Being able to forward to an email would be great.

    Allow copy paste from messages to call log since messages cannot be saved in chart.

    Please add this feature. I find that I cannot actually copy and paste the messages. When I click to highlight, it hides the message altogether. As a result NONE of these communications can be in my records without taking a screenshot, which I do not find to be appropriate. The client portal does very little good for communicating in that regard and is a feature I no longer encourage my clients to use because it is so challenging for me to navigate.

    It would be very helpful to have a record of the messages sent to clients when inviting them to the portal.

    *******YES! THIS! ABSOLUTELY! PLEASE! NOW! PRIORITY!******************************* This would be the BIGGEST time saver for me. It would also help me to maintain full and complete documentation of client contacts. (I may have accidentally hit the "flag as inappropriate" action...that was NOT INTENDED)

    Link the client portal messages directly to client cases to track communication. Currently you cannot copy/paste or save out the portal messages to the clients individual cases. Would be great to see all messages with the clients and possible access them via the Contacts Log.

    Secure messaging needs to be linked to Client account. And be able to PRINT into a pdf. Right now, I can't even print the whole message, it gets cut off in the window.

    Allow all messages sent and received from a specific client to be accessible in the 'contact notes' section of the client profile. Make it easier to make a message a signed contact note with the click of a button.

    Some ideas to improve secure messaging with clients -Move secure messaging to a client's profile / bar on the left (like notes or ledger) so that a client specific record of messages is kept -Secure message templates -Transfer messages to contact log Thanks for all your hard work!

    This is a vital feature, unsure why it is taking so long to implement. There should be a button that you can select to add this message to the chart when replying to a message.

    Many of our counselors have expressed that this should be done that way. It would be very helpful. Odd that it is a separate function and isn't saved in the contact log. We appreciate that you are always trying to make this system better.
