Alert for when a client has been closed for 7 years

Have a program that will keep track of the date that you "archive" a client as a close out-and you will be alerted when the file has been closed for 7 years-so you know when you are able to shred the paper documents. And then to also be able to fully delete the client from TheraNest.

      It would be great if the most recent closed case date could show in the client details box next to the start date. Actually what would be even better is the date that the case should be destroyed (ie: practioner could set this on the close case page, noting if it needed 7 years or 7 years after age 18)
