Schedule recurring/automatic payments

Just as we can opt for claims automation, can TheraNest also work toward automation of client payments each evening?

Hello Theranest, I want to suggest a feature that helps automize payments. This way we do not have to manually accept payments.

Please create auto-enroll where clients can opt into getting charged automatically after the session has taken place. This is available through Alma and it's so helpful. Thanks so much.

Auto run a credit card on file.

It would be helpful if it was possible to bill clients automatically after every session.

This has been requested for years. Most other EHRs are doing this now- this would revolutionize the amount of time we are spending on billing and be a huge asset. Please start this.

Making it possible to do a payment plan feature that could charge interest etc. Also nice to have some kind of calculation with it. Like if a client can only pay an X amount what the payment plan would look like and could print out for them

For those clients that agree to a payment plan it would be beneficial to have the ability to schedule credit card charges in the future, and be alerted when they are made and/or if they fail.

The client's card on file could also be auto-processed once the ERA is received from their insurance provider, if applicable. Self pay clients would be auto charged after the session.

We need a system that were we are hale to choice a date to auto charge debit card for are clients that have a payment plan also for client that have copay to be hale to charge the day of service.

For clients that are on payment plans, allow me to set up scheduled or recurring payments for a set amount. It looks like this was suggested in 2017. Please do this!

This would drastically improve my business image/executive brain functioning. Been a member for years with a brief departure, and perhaps the best part of the brief departure was ability to auto-charge fees and copays. I hope this ascends the priority ladder quicker.

I'm concerned that this was suggested back in 2017 and that changes still haven't been made to automate this? Are there any plans for this change in the near future?

Perhaps the biggest thing I miss about SP. A bit shocked when I discovered it wasn't a feature.
