Create report for client's contact information

We would like to be able to have a report that could give us all of our clients contact information. Example: If we could get a report with all of our clients emails so we could send them our company newsletter at the same time.

    We're excited to let you know this suggestion has been implemented! Today we released a major redesign of the Client List page in TheraNest. This redesign includes an updated dynamic grid that include columns for clients' Home Phone, Mobile Phone and Email address. These columns are searchable allowing you to easily find clients based on this information.     Hi Kayla. Are you saying that you're working on a report that includes client contact information, because that is already possible by exporting data on either active or all clients. Or did you mean you're working on developing dynamic searching (being able to search records by any data field rather than just name, client ID and phone number), which is the feature request mentioned in almost all of the comments supporting this request?

    Being able to find clients by other information would be very helpful, particularly searching by phone number. Being able to type in a phone number and have it pull up the associated client would help with missed calls, voicemails, etc. when phone numbers aren't saved to contacts in the phone.

    From time to time I am at the mercy of a phone number to locate a client. I need the ability to look up phone numbers.

    Add columns for clients' email address and phone numbers to the client detail report.

    Please yes. Searching by any field is such a basic feature for any database. Otherwise information just gets lost.

    The ability to do dynamic searching is the feature I most want from TheraNest: The ability to search by any field in a client's profile - to find all clients on a certain insurance plan or in a certain city. The ability to search for clients with fields left blank - finding clients who are missing email addresses or phone numbers. The ability to search within a range for a field - to find clients over the age of 18 or with balances over a certain amount. This is such a standard feature in CRMs and I'm shocked TheraNest doesn't offer it. I hope it will be considered for future updates. Thanks!

    I really think this would be great. One of the better things about Simple Practice and the one I miss the most. Client list displays on a single page (no "next"), and contact info is visible AND printable on this list.

    Set up a feature that we're able to search for clients by their birth date, instead of just name or client ID #, in case of name changes, etc. (And make the clients birth date a mandatory field when entering in a new client)

    This would be super helpful to keep at one's fingertips to place in chart so that you can glance at it and locate client info that is used most often, such as name, address, phone number, email, insurance info, diagnosis, date of birth. I have to bill for UBH clients from the UBH website, so it would be especially helpful for that. The face sheet would pull information that has already been entered for the client.
