Add report that will pull information filled in from dynamic forms
There are specific fields that we use with our clients, such as household size, and past military service information. It would be great to be able to export or download a spreadsheet with the clients' names and this additional field data.
Customize or sort information collected from Dynamic forms to keep track of our results, We are looking for the option to collect material from our Dynamic forms created, for example, after a year we would like to confirm our progress from the information we collected from our notes after each client. We are a wellness clinic and offer specific wellness devices, and we track the clients results, like has sleep improved, or stress levels have they decreased, or specific devices used along with the individual treatment plans completed. Ideally we don't want to add a different platform to keep track of our findings and results. Please is there a way to incorporate this idea into Theranest?

Request to provide a report of the data collected via Custom Forms, in aggregate. For example, if I have a custom form for "Client Social Media Participation" that includes check boxes for a list of social media platforms, I would like to be able to see data about how these forms are filled. Some example data:
100 clients have completed the form; of these 100, 88 checked "Social Network F", 53 checked "Social Network L", and 7 checked "No Social Media Use".
