Allow me to run a report that will display clients' responses to certain fields on my intake forms. For example, I may add additional demographic fields to an intake form and I'd like to run a report based on those fields.
We have added a second intake form to accomodate items that are not on your intake form. If there was a way to modify your intake form (delete and add items) that would be helpful. Alos we need to be able to use the intake to understand client demogrpahics anad currently if we add fields those are not included in the reports we are able to run. Making it possible to run areport on one integrated set of intake fields including those we add or amend would b enormously helpful.
