Use only client initials when alerted about a calendar change

It would be so helpful if the alerts generated when someone changes a client's appointment used client initials instead of their full name. For example, if an office manager needs to cancel an appointment for a therapist, the therapist would receive an email saying "Your appointment with P.Q. was changed to cancelled" rather than including the client's full name. This would help with HIPPA compliance for practices without secure email (most of us!). Thank you!

Eliminate Client Names from Email Alerts sent to providers concerning completed Client Portal Docs. Simply send an alert to login in and check recently completed documents.

Send therapist notifications for clients who have paid bills, changed or scheduled appointments, or who have filled out new intakes as initials or first three two or three letters of the first or last name and their an initial of the name that does not have the first two or three letters listed. I dislike having the client's first and last name sent to my email address.

This is a really important feature, particularly given that administrators don't have the ability to turn off the "email me when someone changes my schedule" feature.

I appreciate the option to have only client initials show on email notifications, however, full client names show when alerting me that an intake has been completed. For more security/privacy I would like the option for only initials to show on those email notifications as well.

We have noticed that when clients complete their intake paperwork in the Client Portal, we receive an email notification with their full name included. This should only include initials for HIPAA compliance. Thank you.

To remain HIPAA compliant and protect client privacy, we cannot use the "email me when someone changes my schedule" feature in the appointment calendar settings. All of our therapists log in using outside email addresses. Therefore, if they receive an auto email from TheraNest about a schedule change, and it contains a client's full name, there is a confidentiality risk. This is so important to change! As of right now, we cannot use this feature and have had to have admins email separately when any change occurs to a therapist's calendar. There needs to be an option to only show client initials when an auto-email is sent to a therapist's email address.

This is absolutely essential for those practices who have staff using non-theranest email addresses to receive notification of calendar changes/appointment updates. Right now, because these appointment emails are not HIPAA-compliant, we cannot use this feature at all.

I appreciate the email updates about clients' signing intake forms but truly dislike the identification of the client through name. Please default it to their initials - if some therapists do like seeing client names in their email, they could then change it to another setting
